Snow King Resort is dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests of all abilities. We strive to provide online content that provides an excellent user experience for visitors of all abilities, using any type of assistive technology to access the website.

We base our website accessibility standards on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA success criteria. In addition, we actively work to maintain, assess and improve the usability and accessibility of our website through training of our personnel, engagement of experts and regular testing of our digital accessibility.

Accessibility Public Spaces Information

Parking

  • There are a total of 11 handicap self-parking spaces through the property
  • All parking lots are well paved
    2 Handicap Parking spots located in front of the building near the lobby entrance
    2 Handicap Parking spots located in South Lot near an accessible entrance
    4 Handicap Parking spots located in North Lot near an accessible entrance

Entrances & Lifts

  • The main entrance to the lobby has automatic double sliding doors
  • The entrances on the North & South lots easily open with manual pull
  • A lift located near the front desk will lead guests to the upper lobby to accessible meeting rooms and Haydens Post restaurant
  • Elevators can take guests to all levels of the hotel including meeting rooms
  • The outdoor pool & hot tub are accessible through lifts and ramps
    Both the pool and hot tub feature handicap lifts so guests with disabilities can easily enter the pool and hot tub

Front Desk & Business Center

  • The Front Desk is accessible to wheelchairs and features a lowered shelf convenient for guests
  • A lift located near the front desk will lead guests to the upper lobby to accessible meeting rooms and Haydens Post restaurant
  • The Business Center has 2 computers which can accommodate wheelchairs

Accessibility Kits

Snow King Resort has five Accessibility Kits available from the Front Desk for guest use and convenience.

  • TDD that can be plugged into guestroom telephone
  • Alarm clock with bed shaker
  • Telephone amplifier
  • Visual door knocker
  • Telephone signaler
  • Visual alarm monitoring system
