A hike through the Grand Tetons is deeply enjoyable during the spring and early summer months due to the cool, crisp weather, spectacular views, and thinner crowds. Which brings us to our main point today, we’ve got an array of awe-inspiring hikes that are considered off-the-beaten-track, hidden even, for you to explore!

Jackson Hole is a great place to introduce kids to the great outdoors for an early love of nature! For families with one or more toddler, or younger, age kids, figuring out where to vacation to can be a challenge. The point of a family vacation is to explore, experience, and relax with each other. Yet, if the destination is ill-suited for the little ones, that will prove to be a challenge. No need to fret over where to go this year, we’ve got one epic destination in mind that's perfect for the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Lemon, Zested and Juiced
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 3oz Agave Nectar
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 3 Cups Olive Oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except olive oil into blender. Turn blender on low speed allowing ingredients to mix. Slowly begin to drizzle in olive oil while blender is on. Start very slowly, drops at a time, moving to a steady thin stream. If the oil is added too fast, the dressing will break and it won't come back together. After adding all oil, your patience is rewarded with this delicious, wholesome and vegan vinaigrette!
