" Jackson on Ice - "The Westerner" presents an all star cast of Olympic, World, and Professional Skaters along with some of the most unique show acts on the ice and in the air. Enjoy the show up-close and personal from the rink side dinner tables that provide a four star Prime Rib and Chicken Dijon buffet; or through the general admission seating. The first half of the show will be a variety of music selection from the Classical to New Age. After a brief intermission the second half will start off a fast pace, Hand Clapping, Toe tappin western group number followed by some of the greatest western music ever recorded. It is sure   to be an unforgettable night for the entire family:"
