In the spirit of mountain camping, breakfast menu staples include buttermilk biscuits and gravy and mountain berry griddle cakes with huckleberry syrup. Inspired by camp fare, Bison Chili, Kettle Mac & Cheese and the Meat Board, featuring Elk Sausage, Smoked Duck, House Made Jerky and Buffalo Salami, serve as tasty menu starters. Further focusing on local ingredients, main dishes such as Stout Braised Bison Brisket, Wyoming Whiskey Smothered Chicken and other various meats and fish from the grill provide a hearty meal. Haydens Post’s signature S’mores dessert and a robust cocktail, beer and wine list rounds out the Wyoming-focused menu.
